This is a fixed bezel which does not rotate. If you would like it to rotate, you can replace the existing bezel gasket with a 0.7mm one for a smooth, clickless rotation.

As others have mentioned, the bezel fit too loose when it arrived, but Namoki sent a replacement for free which worked better. I still had to use a .9 o ring to get it tight enough for my liking. The build looks great with the slim domed crystal.
