Good movement. Comes ready to go and can be easily regulated at home.
I had to replace an eBay movement that quit after 5 weeks. This movement is the real deal. Solid time keeping so far.

If you're unsure about getting this because of the date but your dial doesn't have one, don't worry, it'll just mean you have three setting on your dial vs two (wind, date, and time adjustment) โ otherwise, it'll work great
Movement is easy to work with and the $15 extra to get it regulated was worth it. Keeps accurate time and works well in my watch. Pic is from "Watch Accuracy Meter" app so take it with a grain of salt, but this regulated NH35 outperforms the way my Seiko SRPD (with the Seiko version of the NH36) was regulated from factory by a wide margin!
