NMK935 Nautilus Watch Case Mk 2: Two-Tone Rose Gold Finish

I’ve built over 5 the Namoki custom watches using their custom cases, bracelets, chapter rings, exhibition case-backs, hands and dials. Cases ranging from the BB58, Alpinist, Engineer and Nautilus MK2. All have been amazing, but the Nautilus MK2 might be my favorite. The quality is amazing, and as I love a chapter ring, this version is my favorite. I have built two which both came out amazing. Fairly easy build. After the Sakura build, I had several coworkers drooling where one asked me to build him one with the Tuxedo dial which came out insane. Although a larger case diameter, it sits comfortably on my wrist as I usually don’t go over 40mm. Namoki’s customer service is outstanding which is worth mentioning as theres been a handful of times I ordered the wrong item, needed to change my order, or had questions that were resolved within 48 hours or less. This is important to add as my customer service experience with other companies have been non existent/never get a response. Highly recommend this case and all Namoki products.

I was supposed to make a lovely surprise build for a friend´s dad for his 60th anniversary and I ordered the parts well-in advance, but the whole plan failed thanks to Namoki.
First I got the case without a crystal gasket, which was kinda fine because Namoki sent me a replacement gasket. However it didn't fit the case which I confirmed through a professional watchmaker. I did inform Namoki but they said it couldn't be their fault. After a long emailing back and forth they decided to send me two gaskets and surprise surprise they didn't fit either. Again, I confirmed that through a professional watchmaker. I've been doing a lot of crystal replacements and assemblies and I've never seen anything like this. As I'm writing this I've been waiting for almost two months to get this mod done and I'm just absolutely disappointed by this whole ordeal. Especially if you are planning to make something with a schedule, I'd highly recommend other vendors, who i cant name here, who have been flawless in terms of products and customer service.

Even more disappointing thing is that this is not my first QC issue with Namoki...
Especially if you are planning to make something with a schedule, I'd highly recommend other vendors, such as Lucius Atelier, Andoandoando or ModModeWatches who have been flawless in terms of products and customer service.

It was a good build, just the inside ring I got was damaged, they promised me to send a free one in the next order but dint send one this time, but 👌 am still very happy with the free and quality of the parts and watch
